In Sydney right now on my way to Melbourne, not exactly DX, but got close to the century in dbf on 2SER from my hotel room, given I’m only 1km from the TX.
I suspect it could display three figures, looks to be room for it.
And TX site visible (UTS building in the background middle of shot)

100 dbf/dbuv is certainly possible, I’ve got it on AM when i was across the road from a transmitter in Bangkok, Thailand

The TCBL on 107.9 registers over 100 dBf on my East TEF:
The overload is causing some images/mixing on the other frequencies, actually.

Conditions are ripe for some good AM DXing tonight. The venerable CNR6 even made an appearance. All these catches were done indoors with a donut antenna. The newer ones seem to be better at nulling out stations.

I note 6RN 612 Dalwallinu and 1296 Wagin on your list, was there 6WA 558 Wagin too? That is the only WA station I’ve ever logged in NSW and even then that was out in Cobar!

I am pretty sure that 1098 Goulburn was switched off a few years ago when it converted to 97.9. You would had most likely got Longreach on 1098.

To me it sounded like it matched with the other RNs encountered earlier on. There was a bit of co channeling going on, the only other one there was 6MD Meredith aside from 4LG.
Regarding 2RN, I see that both the AM and FM are still listed in the 2025 edition of the ACMA handbook, which is bizarre. The 1098 entry should be removed if its not actually there.
558 had A LOT of co channeling going on and splatter from 2BH, so it was hard to tell what was being received there unfortunately, even in the null of 2BH.

1098 Goulburn has been off air for a few years now! I remember getting 97.9 RN Goulburn from Dural in September 2023 so I’d say it switched off in early 2023 (it was definitely after 2GN which was May 2022).
I don’t think 4EL Gordonvale is on air either on 954. It definitely wasn’t back in 2019 and I doubt they would have reactivated it. Perhaps you had NZ or something from Asia?

I poured back over the recordings from last night, I may have actually been listening to 2UE - though the music being played at the time wasn’t really what I’d expected from them.
As it seems, the ACMA handbook despite being the latest edition contains quite a few outdated entries. Maybe a crowdsourced spreadsheet alike the RDS one is a good idea?

During the day 1467 3ML causes severe splatter from ~1400 to ~1500khz. The TEF seems to struggle to reject this even at night. It does not seem to show harmonics on the band, as 2BH was still received rather than 3ML. All other stations strong enough were normal in their splatter.
