@fraz Once you set up your antenna on the roof, it’d be great if you could set up auto logging to FMList through the Scanner plugin to extend the coverage of the Australian DX map to include Queensland recievers as well.

To those dxers who use our RDS List or contribute info for it, there is an important message post in the Media Spy RDS Thread which people should read.
For the moment I have restored the file & copied it, but there may be decisions made in future to move the list & restrict the list to trusted Media Spy users only.

They seem to have upped the power on this and/or changed site. They are now easily received in Bungendore on a car radio; previously reception was weak to non existent in town. You can also hear Braidwood 100.3 in some locations.

Had to go to the Gong today on an errand. Naturally I took the TEF with me.
Braidwood FM came in beautifully at Hill 60 Lookout, Port Kembla. Skid Row was barely a problem. Almost had RDS as well. Eden 103.9 and 105.5 were there too, and Batemans Bay with RDS. Not sure if there is some slight tropo.

Down in Sydney for a couple of nights. Staying out near the airport.
Possibly a bit of lift, or maybe aircraft scatter, but this afternoon from my 13th floor south facing balcony, had 2BS Bathurst and CW Slopes ABCs on 102.3, 105.5 and 106 3.
That’s just with the 70cm whip, the balcony here isn’t big enough for a bigger antenna!

2BS is permanent here. CW Slopes was enhanced for me today at times.

Some good tropo over the past 24 hours.
I fixed up (i.e. relocated and elevated) my NW aerial and it’s yielding some good results from the north/northwest. Picked up signals/tropo from Central Western Slopes, Mudgee, Gulgong, Dubbo, Upper Namoi and Tamworth.

I’m heading to Ballarat very soon, so I’ll see what I can pick up there. If I get any tropo FM signals, I’ll post them here. I know Melbourne and Bendigo tend to come into Ballarat well, so I’ll see if there’s tropo from Horsham and maybe Swan Hill.
NOTE: By the time this message shows up, I may already be in Ballarat.

Usual troppo into Brisbane today - Rockhampton ABCs from the north to Middle Brother in the south. Mt Dowe commercials also in.

What transmits from Gulgong as opposed to Mudgee- to my knowledge there’s nothing?
Namoi autocorrecting to Naomi may be a problem for the Naomis in the New England NW, too.
