For me, that frequency is permanently occupied by Radio 5 0 Plus (2SNR) Gosford.
I didn’t think 2RPH Wollongong would ever get to air, it’s been licensed for ages.

Another permanent frequency.
Speaking of Tropo got a nice Potpourri tonight, 100.7 Port Macquarie, Newcastle Commericials and 2NUR on 103.7. 2HD on 90.5 airing Graeme Gilbert. Middle Brother ABCs and 107.3 Taree. No sign of 2RE on 89.5 yet, all I got on that Frequency is Goulburn.

89.5 is to be 2GF Grafton, 88.9 will be for 2RE Taree.
No sign of 2RE FM here in Newcastle yet either, where I have permanent MAX FM reception.

I’m getting 93.9 RN from Tamworth at my home near Campbelltown.
I’m also getting the usual stuff from Newcastle & Middle Brother, inc 97.5 2HD & 101.5 Great Lakes FM.

Best tropo of this Simmer so far for me tonight.
Newcastle commercials and 2NUR at times up to local strength. Full RDS decode on 102.9 Triple M and Hit 106.9. No RDS on New fm or 2NUR.
Weak 2HD Port Stephens and national translators.
Middle Brother very strong, Triple J over Coast fm. Even News Radio received at medium strength.
Very weak Hit 102.3 Port Macquarie, Eagle fm and 103.5 2BA Batemans Bay.
It looks like Port Macquarie is the absolute limit of the northern duct for me.

Usual stations like Mix 102.3 Adelaide are strong in Renmark but nothing so much from further out

Very strong reception from Wide Bay into Brisbane tonight right down to the 20w KIX in Bundaberg on 97.1. Now starting to extend with Rockhampton ABCs coming in.

In Kiama and only got my phone, but I did hear some weak signal on 100.9 on the phone, so must be Hobart.
If only I was back home in Bowral with the Sony, hear it battle out 2BACR and maybe a return of 93.3 Launceston via a different means of propagation.

Today was my 5th station that I’ve received at home on 100.9… more stations than on any other frequency… the 5 are
2PSR Port Stephens
2BAC Bankstown
SKY Sports Bathurst
2RN Bega/Cooma
Hit 100.9 Hobart.

Wasn’t home for the Salmon Path skip but did manage to hear 92.9 and 93.9 Hobart (the latter with the unique ‘ABC CFM’ RDS) on the way back from Braidwood.
Did try for 87.8 Pulse but nil heard on the car radio.
