Similarly, I’m getting Orange commercials, Batemans Bay, Manning River and Canberra stations at the moment.
B-Rock 99.3 has replaced Northside Radio 99.3 for me, which usually comes in quite strong with RDS.

Very similar to this afternoon, Manning River nationals still receivable at similar strength.
2BA Batemans Bay no longer receivable.
Orange Classic fluctuating madly from no signal to stereo.
Canberra nationals receivable but very weak.
No enhancements of Goulburn or Bathurst.

As Wollongong is rocketing in for me right now, oddly the commercials are stronger than the ABCs again. Sydney is weaker than usual too.

Interesting. Wollongong, Central Coast & Newcastle weaker than normal.
Goulburn & Canberra enhanced, enough to hear the Canberra community stations 91.1, 91.9 & 92.7.

This morning Orange, NSW reception was enhanced, pulled in 94.7 2MCE.
Also managed some RDS from 105.1 Triple M, not easy against Triple M Sydney on 104.9MHz. Plenty of changes to their RDS.
Orange now fading & Canberra strengthening a bit briefly.

I find the ionogram has little correlation to Es events
These Ionosodes fire a signal straight up. If the Es cloud ain’t above the Ionosode QTH then they won’t show Es. For over mainland path Es we need a large network of them in Australia, including unpopulated areas to be more effective. Probably in real practice the amateur radio network of stations provide better indicators.

This morning was some enhancement to signals from Goulburn, Mittagong & also received 103.5 & 105.1 Mt. Wandera over Orange. RDS from 92.5 Music FM Moss Vale & PI code from 94.1 Pulse FM.

Getting very strong Sydney stations tonight… including the hard to get 2BAC Bankstown, 2WOW Penrith, 2RDJ Burwood and I think 2RSR Sydney City is there too All with RDS where available.
Main Wollongong stations are good too, but Pulse and Power are not particularly strong in nulls of Central Coast stations though, and 91.7 2ST and 101.9 and 103.5 ABC South Coast are weak.

Next time you get 88.9 Braidwood it would be great if you could video it. Hopefully we get a good tropo lift on a Tuesday night one week.
Easterly blew through about 45 mins ago here and is quite cold, so not too sure about any tropo tonight. It’s arrived as a weak southerly in Sydney.

The commercial and community Canberra FM stations coming well into Sydney at the moment.

Intermittent transmitter problems with 89.7 2RES, managed to ID 2PNN Newsradio 89.7 Brown Mt.
Canberra DX reception still hanging in this morning.

Yes the easterly influence is still hanging in, but hot westerlies followed by rain and storms are forecast for the rest of the day down here.

had to window clean a house out on Dalgety Rd passed Berridale. Wollongong 95.7 good even into Berridale along with Triple M 105.1 Orange. Received WSFM 101.7 Sydney on the way back near Cooma Ap. Noticed Snow FM 101.9 Perisher off air - just Classic Batemans Bay on its own (weak)
