Good for his image tbf. Harrowing situation, hopefully he’s ok - irrespective of whether he’s a bad human or not.

The AFL 2026 video game will be released next Thursday (May 8). On the cover are reigning Brownlow medallist Patrick Cripps and AFLW best and fairest award winner Ebony Marinoff.

I think he needs to take a break. I love my club but his behaviour is really concerning and for his mental health he needs a break. He is making the news every week at the moment.

I agree - best he takes a step back now, get’s back into shape mentally, then comes back with a fresh head, rather than have more incidents like this which do no good for his mental health

Luckily, the AFL stepped in to save them, and by 1996 they would be in a Grand Final.

Since then, they have missed the finals just five times.

On Triple M footy tonight, Nathan Brown was talking with the boys about AFL commentator salaries and whilst it was a funny banter segment and obviously real details are confidential, he named the Top 3:

  1. James Brayshaw on $1.5m combined.

  2. Mark Howard on just behind that, over $1m.

  3. Anthony Hudson on $800k.

Nathan brown has already been shot down and told he has no idea. He did Jason dunstall last week and he just laughed at him and said ‘I wish I got paid that much’.

Plus the top two lead their broadcasters’ cricket coverage too, so would naturally be high.

A teenager has allegedly been caught trying to enter an AFL game at a Melbourne stadium with a knife and imitation firearm on Saturday.

Police say a 15-year-old male approached a gate at Docklands Stadium and asked about entering the venue at about 4:30pm, where a match between Essendon and the Sydney Swans had just started.

The male did not have a ticket and was searched by officers nearby.

Police found and seized an imitation firearm and a small knife, and the male was given a caution.

He did not enter the venue.

A game saving tackle from Richmond’s Tom Brown has denied West Coast its first win of the season. As an Eagles fan, I was heartbroken. The eagles are yet to find a win for 2025.
