That’s only the NSW 7pm news - all other programs that come from Sydney are still done at Ultimo, at least in the short term.

To my memory, and to add to everyone else’s comments, I don’t recall that backdrop being used when they introduced the first set in 2013-2014-ish, but maybe they should go with something Parramatta Square-style and just use an idealised version of the Sturt/Southbank intersection as a backdrop instead

It looks like NSW 7PM is coming from the NC set.
Correct - Monday and Friday’s NSW bulletins also came from the NC set.
NC bulletins are coming from the old NSW set tonight.

Probably not worth powering up another studio over the festive period when they will be on Skeleton staff.

They’ve done it the past two nights - while NSW bulletin uses the NC studio, bulletins for the NC come from the old NSW Set for a few hours.
