I was thinking more of older viewers who will tune in at 7pm for their nightly news, and may not know how to use the catch-up streaming services to watch 7, 9 or 10 News instead.

The people who choose to watch the ABC news aren’t going to be tempted by a brainless tabloid commercial bulletin. SBS should’ve done two 30 min bulletins.
