Correction: Nick Tabakoff in The Australian
Nick Tabakoff’s claim in The Australian that the ABC is “refusing to broadcast (Clive Palmer’s) appearance at the Australian Press Club on Tuesday” is wrong.
Under the ABC’s arrangement with the National Press Club the weekly main event held on Wednesday is carried live on ABC NEWS Channel and at 12.30pm local time on the ABC main channel. The broadcast of other events depends on the schedule.
Clive Palmer’s address will be aired on a 90-minute delay at 2pm AEDT on Tuesday on the ABC NEWS Channel.
- Update: After the ABC issued this correction, The Australian changed its item. However, it still contains inaccuracies.
