They both have a bit in common there - they both ran breakfast for the same station for many years with Dan and Christie under the Hit banner for years and Kim with Kim and Dave who ruled the airwaves for many years down there under the Triple T days.
Dan Taylor joining ABC Northern Tasmania means the podcast he hosts with Christie has come to an end.
Same happened yesterday, appears that Warwick Long didnât even know much himself why Macca was away other than his unwell and should be back ânext weekâ⌠I havenât switched off the radio so quickly and then felt quite off for the rest of the day

ABC Melbourne will broadcast some of its shows live from Bunjil Place at Narre Warren at the end of August. While you need to register for free tickets to watch Thank God Itâs Friday, all other shows are free to enter.
ABC Perth breakfast host Mark Gibson and Mornings presenter Nadia Mitsopolous are both celebrating 35 years in media this month.

Chris Taylor filling in on Sydney Breakfast this morning.
The news was reported by News24 late last week, after a complaint was made about an ABC Radio South West Victoria segment.
Victorian Socialists candidate Hera Sheppard made the claim during an appearance on the show to discuss the rise of One Nation in the polls.
The 18-year-old said One Nationâs surge was âa result of the massive amounts of funding from billionaires like Gina Rinehart who are pushing for Australian workers to work for $2 a dayâ.
Host Jeremy Lee did not challenge the statement nor seek its source for confirmation.
Dom Knight filled in on Sydney breakfast this morning. Craig and Mark Humpries are doing an OB at Cronulla Beach tomorrow. This is their second OB together. I wonder if the ABC is trialing them doing Breakfast togetherâŚ

A number of ABC Radio Adelaide programs will be broadcasting from the Royal Adelaide show next week - this will include The SA Country Hour, the regional drive program. On Tuesday and Wednesday there will also be a special mornings program for regional stations (displacing the last hour of local Breakfast programs, as well as the statewide 10am hour of the Adelaide mornings program)
