Mark Gibson hosted his Perth breakfast show on an electric public bus yesterday, driven across the city from Butler in the outer north to Rockingham in the outer south west.

Very very heavy promotion of the Bream Creek show on ABC local radio in Tasmania this week. Across all dayparts.
I feel it was very much blurring the lines between interest in a southern Tasmanian local event and flat out blatant advertisements.
There was promotional content imbedded in programming and promo’s/liners.
If it was on a commercial network it would have cost thousands. Certainly no disclosure of a commercial arrangement or sponsorship was heard by me, but it certainly sounded like paid promotion….
Do any of the other local network stations do this sort of thing??
