Ellen lives in Sydney, reads weekend news in Bris, so must’ve delayed her flight back.
Conversely, Steve Austin rarely has a day off, excellent attendance.

I do find it bizarre you can’t find your local ABC station to stream via the app, only the national ones are listed. I’ve resorted to steaming via the website since the app “upgrade”.

Ellen Fanning is filling in on Mornings on ABC Radio Brisbane
Also some more presenter changes - Regional SA once again has a separate mornings hour (10am-11am), presented by Stephanie Nitschke (Monday - Riverland Breakfast producer), and Julie Kimberly (Tuesday to Friday - Riverland Saturday Breakfast presenter).
For the past few months, Regional SA took the last hour of the Broken Hill mornings program with Patrick Reincke, and prior to the end of last year the Regional SA hour was presented by Angela Coe out of the North and West SA studios (Port Pire).

He was initially only heard in the regions apparently - IIRC cutbacks in the late 80s made the ABC decide to network the program into the cities.
