On several occasions Adam spent time with, and got to know, the Las Vegas Massacre shooter Stephen Paddock.
Adam tells A Current Affair of his experiences with Mr Paddock, what he thought of him, and even reveals his chilling âgun roomâ.
Mr Paddock led an exorbitant life seemingly due to his high-rolling gambling wins, extending his generosity to Adam and his then-girlfriend.
As one of the only people to ever set foot inside the mysterious home of Mr Paddock, Adam reveals all tonight on a canât-miss edition of A Current Affair.

Illiterate student Beau Abela is suing ACA, its host Tracy Grimshaw and 3AW mornings host Neil Mitchell in the Victorian County Court for defamation. Abela won a secret $1 million payout and a car from the Victorian Education Department at age 14 in 2007 after suing it for failing to teach him properly. Abelaâs claims alleged an ACA report last September falsely suggested there were grounds to suspÂect he had acted disÂhonestly in the damÂages claim, and that comments made on Nineâs FB page following the report ridiculed him.

With Lisa Wilkinsonâs shock departure from Nine, the chances of Karl being shifted to A Current Affair are even greater, according to The Daily Telegraph:

So what does that mean for Tracy in 2018? The paper reports she will either leave TV or do feature reports for Nineâs 60 Minutes. However, earlier reports this week suggest Tracy might just be another CBS recruit:

Why is this news worthy?
Because he decides each night what is shown on ACA. He would arguably have more influence over the show than the reporters and Tracy herself. It could lead to a totally new direction for ACA and the rest of 9 News.

Hopefully a new Executive Producer for A Current Affair will result in the program covering more meaty content in the future, but Iâm not holding my breath for that to happen!
Iâm not so sure that Grant Williams becoming the Manager of News Content Development at Nine will result in major changes to their news bulletinsâŚat least for now anyway.
Donât the local news directors usually have the final say when it comes to content selection for the 6pm news? That may explain why Nine News Queensland (with itâs former ACA reporter and state bureau chief as a news director!) often makes dubious content decisions while the Sydney & Melbourne bulletins are usually better.

The Telegraph is alleging that former executive producer Grant Williams was stood down from his role due to complaints that he had verbally abused staff - the incidents are, The Telegraph alleges, related to staff reaction to the arrest and subsequent conviction of former reporter Ben McCormack.
