Depends what you mean about bad.
In the context of this thread and conversation, bad is letting metro promos for 7flix or 7food through so regional viewers see it. SC10 never really had services or programs they needed to hide from their viewers. Same with their 9 services for the most part. SC10’s past pres and lazy ID attempts is another matter.
Talking about cost cutting, there hasn’t been any “next” promos on Seven’s multi-channels made for weeks now. Instead just airing the “tonight at” or no promo at the end of a preceeding program.
Wonder if the SCA issues, Seven metro PRG changes discussed a few weeks ago and this, as well as sponsor billboard changes are all related and can be attributed to the upcoming playout changes and maybe already changes in some staff?
Because Seven have gone from No 1 IMO in terms of presentation/ID/promos to on par or worse with Nine lately!

Seems like from the schedule that 4:30pm - 10:30pm will be the ‘main’ programming block with most of those programs then being repeated across the rest of the schedule mixed in with some other stuff
It seems like the only Aussie shows are on in the graveyard shift and are just repeats of My Restaurant Rules and the state based Weekender shows.

The US Food Network stuff is not great. SBS are good to be rid of it.
I’m actually kind of surprised that there is no pre-launch loop on channel 74 yet, with only 5 days until launch and the SBS channel already rebranded. I have seen regular promos on Seven though.
Perth is playing one now. Channel quality is pathetic.
Yeah caught a bit of SBS Food and an old 18 year old episode of Nigella Lawson but found apart from her looking younger the show hasn’t dated, considering it is just cooking.
When I saw the US stuff on SBS Food Network was always some reality cooking show didn’t appeal much. Not sure why 7 has bought it … would it even help with their ratings ?

Does anyone here watch the US Food Network via Fetch TV?
I watch HGTV (and Travel) sometimes, not really into Food shows, my partner does though.
Surely the sound won’t stay as AAC ?
So how long will it take to we see this channel hit regional areas?
