I would almost think that is advertising as it’s advertising a product that’s not consumed over the air
Promo time is for promotion of a stations over the air programming
Ads that push to a non over the air product might actually be classified as advertising
It comes out of ad time
Promos that have no day/time tune in info can be classified as station / network identification
(Next promos are counted as that as well - as they don’t give a day time / just “next” and it’s considered helpful info for viewers - not marketing.
