I disagree. Have you seen him on The Project, he was a scream on that. He’s actually really good on News Breakfast. Also the Dog show he did was great for the ABC too.
So you must have just seen a couple of occasions where he supposedly “lacks” this personality.

Have to say this is one of the most boring logies ever. No audience interaction, no laugh out loud moments. Most attempts at comedy have fallen very flat.

It would be better with an MC who is truly entertaining.
I would suggest Sam Pang or Tom Gleeson.
