I’m not used to watching television with commercials. I may have to record the rest of this and watch it later. Too many ads, too many pointless musical performances and now so flat its starting to feel like a junior rugby league presentation night at the RSL club.

So there are a lot of people that watch ‘shit’ shows in this country that aren’t voting. I am not excusing the networks for dishing out ‘shit’ quality shows but it is still interesting to see that the local tv industry is more about a handful of high brow viewers. God forbid if you do not watch ABC or SBS or even some of Ten’s shows, you are sent to the’naughty corner’.

I’m not high brow in any way shape or form. Today’s TV is shit - ABC and SBS also produce some shit. I’d like to think that I am fairly even handed with dishing it out to all the networks.

Ratings are at least based on a statistical sample, and record what that sample watches.

All the Logies show is what people who are willing to go out of their way to lodge a vote like to watch.

i disagree the quality of mafs is disgusting and i know of people who switched off in droves. so the master chef and the project are much better then maffs
