Not even kidding, the ‘Mornings’ above the main lower third was the original plan lol
And we have used that yellow logo for promotions

It is easy to forget Leo is that young watching 6 News these days. He speaks and presents better than many seasoned journalists.

It’s good apart from the lack of capitalisation on the word mornings. But that’s a general gripe I have with marketing people trying to be trendy.

Looks good, but now sure why Leo was speeding through the last 1:40 mins or so.
At points I have no idea what he was saying, really need to work on annunciating each word even if you need to quickly get through the weather and closer etc.

Glad you noticed (and enjoyed)! We aimed to keep it fairly similar to what we already had in place, but also - while staying simple - adding more info on screen as what we currently had was a bit squished.
Also the first report from our new Queensland reporter Freya Ware!

The extension of your left arm across the desk is quite distracting. Not sure if there is a particular reason for this.

Connor is a great asset to the team and he’s stories are written very well showing great use of vocabulary and word usage. Some news presentation on Nine Radio could learn a lot from you. Their writing is apauling especially towards the evening on 2GB.
I assume the extension of your left arm Leo is to control the auto queue or to play the video as there is a bit of a pause between when you finish talking and when the video plays?
Also another thing I noticed on your most recent video is that both Holly and Freya have too much of their hair covering their face which makes it harder for the viewer to connect with the presenter.
I also notice that the closer is much shorter. It’s probably about the right length now. Keep up the good work.
