2024 United States Presidential Election Coverage

They have given Pennsylvania to Trump - Casey Briggs on ABC said that Trump will get to 270, however, they aren’t officially calling it yet until the AP does so.

Did they rehearse this? Awful lighting

Big news from Wisconsin. We might get a call from the 2024 election less than 10-15 mins approx.

Why are they waiting for AP?

Because that’s where they are getting the data from.

I stuck solely with NBC News the whole night. Coverage was good, they didn’t get emotional unlike CNN or presumably MSNBC. Some rational analysis. And NBC’s presentation is always class.

I hate how American political reporting treats elections though. They talk about candidates underperforming or overperforming, campaigns spending money and visiting cities and voters being receptive or unreceptive to certain messages from parties.

But there’s never any actual analysis of what the actual policies are, nor any comparisons on what each party is offering on certain issues. It’s totally bizarre to me.

Really loved Amazon’s set. Some good experts too.

The moment it happened. As Americans will wake up to see Trump heading back to the White House.

An excellent presenter and fine successor to Antony Green for when he decides to call it a day (when Antony wants to step back of course).

Why’d they send Lorna down to Melbourne?
