ABC have now called Pennsylvania for Trump - happened just as he took to the stage.
Casey Briggs has pretty much just called the election for Trump, saying he is likely to get over 270 votes.

This is great for entertainment for those who voted and won’t accept that democracy still works and elected Donald J Trump for a second term.

With 6pm news running in Sydney and Melbourne Trump’s speech was truncated. Elsewhere, most would have seen the entire speech.
In Brisbane, Michael Usher returned from the Sunrise set to provide a few minutes of continuity before the 6pm news started. That closed their coverage.
Nine continued to 6pm with vision from Florida but v/o from Washington.

ABC News Channel is getting the Victorian local opt-out as part of the special 7pm news.

THe Project coming live into Brisbane from 6pm. Wondering how it is going to be handled. The Trump speech was seen live during the 5pm news so they started The Project at that point. Waiting to see what happens at 6.30pm when the show finishes in NSW/Vic.
Update - The Project continues with special broadcast after 7.30pm AEDT for viewers outside the time zone.

CNN hasn’t called their election yet, as they continue their coverage at 4am EDT.
Neither have the ABC/AP & CBS/BBC
I thought CNN,ABC and CBS/BBC had all called?
Fox has called it, that’s the only one i know.
