FINALS FEVER HITS ON SUPER SATURDAY
SNAPSHOT: It’s the biggest day of the Games with 44 medals on offer; and it is crunch time across the fields and courts of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, with medals decided in Men’s and Women’s Hockey and Women’s Basketball. The tightly fought Netball semi-finals and Men’s Basketball semi-finals take place, and the Aussie Sevens climb towards the podium. The Men’s Cycling Road Race, Athletics Relays, and Men’s 10m Diving final are other highlights for Super Saturday.

To kick off the day, Australia’s Marathon hopes rest with defending Champion, Michael Shelley, 2014 bronze medallist, Jess Trengove, para star Madison de Rozario, and the one and only Kurt Fearnley- in his final race at a multisport event. Expect fireworks in the gold medal showdowns in Netball, Men’s Basketball and Rugby Sevens.
