Rupert saw an end to One HD as it threatened the Fox Sports monopoly.
From 24 June, Friends will move back to 10 Peach. So every weeknight the schedule will look like this:
7:00 Friends
7:30 Friends
8:00 The Big Bang Theory
8:30 The Big Bang Theory
9:00 The Big Bang Theory
9:30 Two and a Half Men
10:00 Two and a Half Men
10:30 Two and a Half Men
11:00 Rules of Engagement
11:30 Impractical Jokers
The only exception is Mondays at 11 will continue with double new eps of The Neighborhood
EVERY? No variation?? Sounds like a recipe for overload.
The channel has had a consistent run showing the same shows in same slots for months now. This is just putting in Friends and moving everything forward an hour
The rebrand coped a bit of flack on HYBPA with Tom labelling it as âanother brilliant decision by our overlordsâ
â10 bold will also be renamed 10 eggplantâ
Am surprised it even rated a mention, have only really seen it on TVTonight and on here.
This is the first Iâm hearing about it at midnight on the day of the change lol
The next program that starts exactly on the hour is 6am on both channels. Iâd assume thatâs when the change will occur.
One of the most bizarre name changes. Visually this rebrand looks terrible.
Just completely unnecessary, especially for 10 BOLD
Peach name should go anyway
Bizarre to mix a a san serif font into the mix.
Might need the mods to update this and the âBold Dramaâ thread titles
Yep, why couldnât it be, 10 Comedy? Or would people just assume this too close to home for the name for 10 management at the moment?
If Ten want Bold to be a drama channel and Peach to be comedy, why dont they move just Bold And The Beautiful and Neighbours to Bold. Talk shows can be on the main channel and 10Play for now with the possibility of down the track with introducing a new channel focusing on talk and reality or even rebranding Nickelodeon as more fitting name with talk and reality after a certain time of day eg after 9:30pm until 5:30am
I wonder if they didnât want another FTA channel with âComedyâ (ABC Comedy), even though thatâs no longer around
