In an article in The Australian about Stan there is mention of 10Access.

US heavyweight CBS launched its new Australian streaming service, 10 All Access, in December, which has passed internal expectations, amid a healthy consumer appetite for binge-worthy shows and movies, according to Ten boss Paul Anderson.

Lol, there aren’t any movies on 10 All Access!

It’s easy to surpass expectations when the benchmark is likely incredibly low.

Failure again without twilight zone debuting on all access. They could use brand recognition to try and lure some new subscribers.

You’d think that after about 3-4 months they would be able to figure everything out and do more with their platform. But instead it’s the same old, same old.

Preparing to duck from 10 supporters

I mean, come on 10! Apart from the obvious fanboys and girls, who would be bingeing on past seasons of The Living Room and other old trash that have gaping holes in their seasons?

So it’s not being broadcast?

It sounds like it’s only the premiere episode will air on FTA similar to how they did with Tell Me A Story, with the rest of the episodes available on All Access.

Also this from 10 play

Disappointing. Also it’s on at 10.30? Appreciate some fresh content at that time of night but it’s like they don’t want us to notice it.

Yeah 10:30 is quite late, especially since the first episode is already available it could realistically air next Wednesday at 8:30pm following Bachelor in Paradise and in lieu of the SVU repeat that is scheduled because the show is preempted in the US.

I get it though, this is a CBS All Access show and 10 really need exclusive content on the local version to drive subscriptions and offer some sort of value for money for what they’re trying to charge people. It’s just a shame it’s not being fast tracked from premiere and will lose any hype that it had about it IMO.

Could’ve chucked it in an 8.30 slot somewhere - given it a tonne of promotion, then filled in the ad breaks with promos for All Access shows… ending the broadcast with “catch the next two eps right now on All Access … then new eps weekly.”

missed opportunity.

Next Wednesday on 10 is Bull and Hawaii.

Since when? I don’t remember seeing it advertised as being on the terrestrial TV. Or ever screened for that matter.

Here’s some caps

Thanks for the heads up. I hope it gets replayed again. For those that missed it.

Doubt it would be replayed for a while, it aired not long after All Access launched and was available on 10 play to catch up on for a while.

Anyway, if you’re that interested in seeing it why not just subscribe for free for the first 30 days and binge the whole season ad free.

I must’ve been living under a rock, in that it was available on 10 play.

Why can’t 10 do that for other shows, but at least giving us one season of it and force us to subscribe to 10 all access. Rather than just 1 ep.

The CW series, In The Dark premieres on 10 All Access today as an Exclusive Series.
