Why did you post that in the first place then?
I was very confident that WIN News would’ve moved to 9Go! again because of the Paralympics. I already knew that they had moved the bulletin because of the Olympics, but I thought they were going to do the same for the Paralympics.
You literally said “they are very much going to do that again”.
Sounds very much like a confidently confirmed post to me.
Please ensure you make it clear that you are guessing or assuming when posting here just so there’s no misunderstandings.
I wouldn’t trust it not to change. As has been published for many years in television guides, schedules may change without notice
Steve Hart from Seven News Brisbane is joining WIN, presumably to fill the loss of Lincoln Humphries as the Queensland newsreader.
Good get on WIN’s part. I was just thinking that Nine would scoop him up (although it’s not really Nine)!
Did he start tonight? Sarah Cawte is back on the Illawarra bulletin. I believe she was filling in for Lincoln.
Saw the “vlcsnap” banner in the title of that photo file, I’m just wondering how did you manage to bring up WIN Television in 1080p via VLC? Thanks @tv.cynic.
I opened a steam from a HDHomeRun tuner for a signal picked up from the Sunshine Coast.
He will start on Monday, September 16.
He starts today. I hope he goes well. Bit of a promotion for him!
First bulletin tonight was ok.
At the end he said his first bulletin was “done and dusted” … probably could’ve used a better expression.
That’s the most local stories I’ve seen on a WIN bulletin in a while. Usually it’s all state news. Could still be much better.
It helps they have combined Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay. Much better and simpler too.
