A real shame that Nine News Tasmania didn’t go ahead.
As much as I appreciate the efforts of the crew that put this bulletin to air… it’s just un watchable. I really wish that the whole 9 News Tasmania came to fruition. The thing feels like they are broadcasting from outer space for three viewers.
That’s really not fair whatsoever. They’re a great team who work their absolute hardest to deliver a unique voice, and they often have great stories that no one else covers.
Hopefully once the new cameras are fully rolled out, the bulletin will feel more current & modern (it’s a big jump!!).
Night and day difference there.
Great result for anyone watching the bulletin in TAS.
Like all WIN bulletins, it’s amateur hour. Watching their product is like transporting back to the 90’s.
Vale Craig Campbell
They strangely never mentioned his role at WIN QLD in the 90’s. They more or less said his career ended at Network TEN.
Apparently he died over a month ago
They mentioned that in the video. The family made it public this week.
Oops sorry. I missed that i had the audio off and wasn’t reading the captions.
I can confirm that he used to read the news at WIN in cairns, Townsville and Toowoomba bulletins in the mid to late 1990s
WIN News Tasmania news directer Alex Johnston: “I’ll no longer have any editorial influence over the political coverage…moving onto a political role”
He had been with the Tas Labor party previously as an adviser I think, might be going back there since they’ve had their leadership change.
What’s the context behind this post?
Two screenshots of WIN News in the WIN News thread, maybe?
Yes, but what i meant, is it a new opener graphic or is there something else new or noteworthy about it?
Hasn’t been mentioned that Jared Constable has been reading Queensland bulletins for a few weeks.
Lincoln’s currently on holidays. Did Jared read sport as well, or did someone else present it?
