The 9Network won the week with all key demos and Total People, recording the following Total TV primetime shares across the 5 City Metro:
9Now was also the No.1 commercial free-to-air (CFTA) BVOD platform, recording the following shares across Australia (measured across the entire day):
The 9Network claimed seven of the Top 10 programs of the week with Total People - four episodes of MAFS, 9News Sunday, 9News and A Current Affair.
Married at First Sight is once again the biggest program on Australian TV. Last week it took out the Top 4 rankings with People 25-54, 16-39, GS 18+ and Total People.
Sunday’s episode of Married at First Sight was the No.1 program of the week by audience, currently with a Total TV average audience of 2.168 million, including 681,000 on 9Now. This number will increase in the weeks ahead, as the BVOD number continues to build.
9News was the No. 1 news service for the week in the nation’s three largest cities of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Nine had its first national win of the 2024 survey with a 1.5 point lead over Seven while in the 5-city markets Nine’s winning margin was five points. That included wins large wins in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane while Seven was ahead in Adelaide and Perth.
Nine also won all key demos including 25-54 by +10 points in Total TV share. Nine’s share was up one from week 8 as Seven dropped one. 10 also improved with ABC down and SBS steady.
Married At Frist Sight came out on top of every ranking. Australian Survivor and Matildas V Uzbekistan also featured in the key demo rankings.
