Seven wins the second week of 2013 with wins in Adelaide and Perth while Nine wins along the east coast. Seven’s margin was reduced to two from last week’s five. It was another big week in multi channel shares with 9Go! notable for its highest share since Easter 2022. The return of 7.30 helped ABC improve by one, 10 was steady with SBS down one.

Outside of sport and news, Harry The Interview was the top entertainment show of the week. Home and Away returned to make the top 20 while ABC’s Death in Paradise just made the list.
The Bachelor, despite a low total people result, was the top entertainment show in the key demos for the week.
Home and Away and The Bachelor both did well in BVOD catch up viewing.

I have a sneaky suspicion that those summer-to-date share margins (already less than 1% in network and perhaps very disappointing for a network that had cricket) are about to be blown wide-open from this week with Nine’s tennis getting into proper/full swing (no pun intended).
