Seven probably get access to more Foxtel feeds and raw, plus through NEP and the AFL, as both are AFL partners and also have to work closely together for various FTA simulcasts outside Victoria for certain clubs.
Not sure if it’s at a Seven network playout/Frenchs Forest level (NPC Media) or HSV-7 Quarter Tower Docklands level though. Suspect the latter, as the their AFL and Seven Sport are co-ordinated out of that site, despite no longer being BCM or the national broadcast centre.

Makes sense. Figured it might’ve had something to do with the AFL TV deal but didn’t want to assume.

But we’ve also seen that nine use the normal feed without the beer glass and surely nine also uses a commercial account?

Nine may have ripped it from YouTube or the FSN website? Or social media.
I believe (not sure if it’s still in effect) Nine have a licensing agreement with Fox (as part of the Eddie McGuire deal initially at least) where they only use Fox sourced clips - even on Seven games other than the Grand Final - and were sent a feed from Fox to do so in the highest possible quality.
