Especially when Seven supplies a clean feed of AFL coverage to Fox Footy and overseas networks without the red 7 logo.

So do Southern Cross still use the opaque “SCTV” in the top right-hand corner, for Seven’s sport telecasts?
[Tasmania, Darwin, Regional South Australia & Central Australia].
Wasn’t all of this covered during the olympics in the relevant thread…

I’m pretty sure they only used that “SCTV|Live” watermark for a year or two before they started applying the network logo to their feed.

As it’s seemingly the “in thing to do” at the moment, I wonder why WIN has opted not to insert an “HD” addition to their watermark on the HD channel since they swapped affiliation. Kinda surprised they haven’t yet…

Most likely. Unless it’s covering up the network logo (mind you, I’m a tad surprised they’re letting through Ten’s logo during Ten News) they don’t tend to bother. 
A playout/timing error on Nine Brisbane/Gold Coast with the WWOS “HD” watermark addition, I’m guessing?
Yes - the broadcast went out as if it was the NRL.
Was Riverfire on NBN as well as 9 in the Gold Coast area?
The NRL was on NBN according to the TV Guide.

Sorry I don’t have caps but looks like 111 on Foxtel has just changed their watermark/logo from the square 111 (sometimes with “very funny” underneath) to a 111 in a speech/thought bubble type thing with “funny” underneath.
