9Gem and 9Go seem to have been missing their watermarks for the past few days. I’m not sure if it’s exclusive to other Australian markets, or just Western Australia’s feed.
Quick edit: Go’s watermark seems to be back, but Gem’s one isn’t.

Apologies if this has been answered in another thread, but are the graphics in Australia the same as what we’re seeing on Fox here in the US? Does the feed from Qatar come with the graphics included?
No. Fox and some other broadcasters make their own graphics and thus choose to use a clean feed. Some are inspired by the world feed (like Fox or CCTV) and others (like the BBC) are their own thing.
Both sets of graphics appear to come from the same template (FIFA supplies this to broadcasters I believe but it’s up to them how they use it- in the UK the BBC and ITV both ignore it in favour of their own templates), but there’s a few small variations between SBS and Fox:
-SBS has the time on the left and not on the right of the scoreboard
-Fox has the Group Name (e.g. Group D)/Tournament stage (e.g. Round of 16) on the top of the scoreboard
-Fox also have a little diamond beside the country abbreviation with the colours of each team playing
Comparison of the two below:
Thanks for the comparison, very cool.
It’s a bit of a shame SBS doesn’t include the team colours - the inclusion on Fox has definitely stopped me from accidentally cheering on the wrong team at least once!
This is the FIFA world feed, not SBS’ own stuff.

Seriously, how much more $hit staining can they do to distract the viewer!
It is not a sport anymore when the TV coverage is littered with multiple corporate logos, even when super-imposed on the flamin’ cricket field, give me strength!! They can even do that right as they are not level flat on the ground. People who watch this coverage are no longer viewers, they are now marketing targets pure and simple.
