Only on SCTV Central, but that was a long time ago and not the star logo but ‘SCTV’ text in the top-right corner.
It could have been a movie that broke away from the Seven schedule, or it was just sourced differently? They still insert their own graphics when it’s breakaway programming (see below example from 2020 after 7mate changed their logo and SCA still had the old graphics loaded)

That is how an affiliate should watermark their station. Simple. Not the rubbish WIN expose their viewers to. WIN was just as good as Prime Television back when the stations first started having watermarks
Sydney/Melbourne/RNSW + VIC getting 7 watermark on 7mate.
Bug is now fixed for Queensland with just the 7mate watermark.

Interesting how UK TV channels position their logos to be 4:3 safe when presenting 4:3 content, a few US TV channels also do this.
Not watermarks though.
It’s more useful on ads than on TV programs.
Sometimes I watch ads and forget what it was for!
