Tourism Australia logo briefly appeared right above the 10 watermark during The Amazing Race Australia tonight, returning from an ad break.

At least they don’t have the “seven.com.au” text under the logo. It’s not the 90s.

I wish Channel Ten would reduce the occurances of show advertising as watermarks on shows. It is intrusive to the viewing experience and it is completely unnecessary. Yes all the networks do it but usually only for big show premieres like Holy Moly etc. Channel Ten do it too much and have done so for years. I assume the colours fad out to the transparent colour after a few seconds?

Nope, they’re generally pretty solid.

I didn’t mind seeing the name of the town. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast ect.

New channel names for fox sports? (Fs1, fs2)

Those are the American networks. Fox Sports Australia remains a mess.

I haven’t had Foxtel in years! I wasn’t aware the US networks were available here, and yes they do seem like a mess unlike the days of just the 2 channels.

They’re not. @chuck was demonstrating the Fox Now app from the US.

A post was merged into an existing topic: The increasingly crowded streaming market

The Amazing Race Australia is currently on and strangely 10 showed this watermark in the second segment:

This watermark was supposed to be shown today BEFORE the episode. It disappeared from the screen after around 7 minutes.

 Too funny.

Stupid 10. Running a promo watermark for the show which has already started.
