WIN Television has the white dots when it used to be a Nine-affiliate. In early 2006, WIN dropped the dots. Since WIN dropped the dots, the ‘Still the One’ slogan discontinued.

Looks a bit better/more readable on the HD channel, but the small size of the “NEW AUSSIE DRAMA” text makes it very easy to tell that Ten’s In-Program Promotional “Watermarks” are somehow upconverted from SD:
