I filled out a general enquiry form. They got back to me asking for my VAST smartcard numbers and that they’ll get Optus to activate them within a week. They warned me that I am not permitted to retransmit them on an FM or AM carrier without ACMA approval, but I can use them personally on a set-top box or as part of a localised MATV or PA system if I wish.
