His final episode aired in Australia on 10 on Monday night. When the episode was shown on CBS a couple of weeks ago, many of the showâs fans were shocked, as Julianâs character Jess was shot dead by a man who abused his girlfriend.
Not unprecedented. Alex Trebek and Pat Sajak swapped hosting duties on Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune one year for an April Fools prank. Maybe Kochie can swap places with Karl one year.
Where in Australia can we watch the final season of Ellen?
The hatred (or at the least the intense competition) between 7 and 9 would never see that happen. Network rivalry seems to be less of a thing over hereâŚ
Itâs something Iâve always found a bit odd, but Iâm not sure if I find the US or Aussie way odd. In the US they acknowledge the other broadcasters of sports games, rival shows, etc. while in Australia (other than 10 or Media Watch, or if something bad happens or there is a national telethon) the âothersâ are never mentioned.
Itâs immaturity / childishness by Australian networks, especially in this day and age and has had unfortunate consequences for the viability of variety / talk shows without the inclusion of infomercials.
The networks in Australia never grew up. They still act like itâs the 80s.
People at 9 are still probably scared of Kerry as well.
Not sure where this is relevant but this is good. Hopefully he falls and falls hard. One vile and atrocious human he is with his stupid passion for guns and violence in the name of the 2nd amendment (which I think is utterly stupid but the neanderthals in America would love).
The episode aired in America last night, two months after it was filmed.
Good Riddance. Hopefully the beginning of the end of the powers that be in the media pushing the guy to an audience that canât stand him.
