We have already been told by Ten that there was no plan to bring in MTV as a fourth channel.

I haven’t been following this closely but isn’t it true that Ten couldn’t confirm they had an MTV channel as a plan because they deal between CBS and Viacom hadn’t been finalised?

Thats what it sounds like to me, but it could be wrong.

They don’t need too. That’s the point. We have all these channels, some stuff gets replayed on the multichannels and you have access to catch up services (7plus, ABC Ivew, SBS on Demand, Nine Now, TenPlay) etc.

yes but what I am saying is that, MTV & Nickelodeon content could end up on Bold, Peach or even the main channel.

That would be most likely outcome I reckon.

The reboot finished on 10 last week.

 I quite enjoyed it but I couldn’t see how they could keep it going, to be honest.

It was said that season 2 would have had them playing their actual 90210 characters so it would have been more like the reboot people were expecting season 1 to be.

I’ve noticed that while NFL Thursday Night Football is live across the US on Fox, WWE Friday Night Smackdown is live on the east coast at 8:00pm but delayed and also shown at 8:00pm on the west coast. Presumably Fox thinks they get a bigger audience for the WWE at 8:00pm in LA than it would if it was live at 5:00pm?

One is a real sport while one is basically a sports soap oprah. You can’t show sports delayed because of spoilers and gambling, but neither of those things are really an issue for wrestling, so showing it delayed outside the eastern and central timezones isn’t a big deal. Raw is also delayed on USA Network across the timezones.

Not only that, Fox One showed the wrong episode of Days of Our Lives yesterday.

:open_mouth: A truly tragic day of our lives. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Expect an official announcement soon.
