TV Week

Good seeing that the ACT edition of TV Week, and that they had changed WIN to 10 correctly from Wednesday to Thursday. WIN’s entry on Wed does look a bit messy for the bottom part - to include Sydney’s changes.

Would be nice if they overhauled the guide to make it less congested. I know its hard with all the free-to-air channels we have now.

Finally got my hands on a copy for Tasmania and it looks like the others with 10 Shake listed from Thursday as well.

Amanda Keller on the cover this week.
‘Life is better at 60!’

What is their obsession with highlighting the ages of the personalities on the cover? This year they’ve already had headlines about better with age, turning 50 and now 60.

In the latest issue of TV Week, in the Sydney guide for next Thursday (8 July), they have Hot Seat starting at 4pm, with the Afternoon News at 5pm. Should have been the other way around. Oops.

Also, they had listed “Footy Classified” in the Sydney guide on Monday (14 June) instead of “100% Footy”.

With so many variants around each city, and even regionals, i understand there could be these sorts of mistakes.

 Only possible thanks to TV Week changing gear a few months back and featuring more than one show on the cover.

A scene from Home and Away on the cover this week.

Damn! Back to that again, i see. Scenes from any show shouldn’t be the main cover piece of the mag.
