And i am sure i have seen those H&A cast photos before…

It’s good they put Sam on the cover this year. About time.

Great to have Sam Pang on the cover. It looks good.

The only one downer here. Would be nice to have a “Logies Viewing Guide inside” or the likes mentioned on the cover like previous issues.

TV Week must be super scared of leaks revealing the Hall of Fame inductee, so that they’re delaying the mailout of the issue on sale on Monday:

Thank you for being part of the TV WEEK family. We know you’re excited to receive your issue 33 on sale August 19, in which the team will reveal confidential information about the TV WEEK Logie Hall of Fame winner.

As a result, you will receive your issue slightly later than usual, but please be rest assured it is on its way.

I guess it’s a step up from a recent year when they actually included the Hall of Fame recipient on their website when they announced the nominations. It was quickly edited to take the name out, but some of us had already seen it

It was only a few years ago that i was buying TV Week from a service station that received its magazine deliveries early and put them straight on the shelves. Because voting ended earlier, the issue had all the Logie winners so I knew them before the awards started.

Great to see Rebecca Gibney on the cover!

Strange how they can’t reveal any other winners because they were all not decided until voting finished during the show.

that will be in the souvenir edition next week

Applause when needed. It’s a good cover, with Rebecca Gibney.

Will see if the actual Logies Special next week is any good. In recent years, its been clustered, with the Gold Logie winner thrown into the corner of the mag.

They need to put Larry on the cover. He is popular. But based on their recent past, it will be some random person on the cover and the Logies photo will just be a small one down the side.

Larry gets relegated.

Sigh…

So… Larry got a cover when he was nominated a few weeks ago, while the other Gold Logie nominees were relegated to the corner.

But for the actual Logies special, he gets relegated? And two H&A stars, who were not nominated anywhere, gets the main pic?

Doesn’t make any sense.

FWIW, 10 years ago Gold Logie winner Scott Cam didn’t even get a mention on the front cover of the Logies issue

and Asher Keddie got bumped to the bottom of the cover in 2013

There you go. I didn’t know aboit the No Scott Cam issue.

So i guess long gone are the days when the Gold Logie winner was the feature. I miss the good old days.

While it’s good that the cover is focused on the Logie Awards, it’s quite disrespectful that gold logie winner doesn’t feature in the main cover photo.

Yeah. The fact that neither were even nominated is a slap in the face to all the big winners. If not, Larry then Kitty Flanagan was a more worthy choice considering she has been a winner for three years straight.

yeah that hasn’t been the case for a long time, mind you it even happened in the old days as well but back then it was the exception rather than the rule.

Mike Walsh’s Gold Logie win didn’t make the cover in 1980, instead Paula Duncan and visiting guest Michael York
