Seven had a 3-point win on Tuesday though Nine improved its share on last week to a three-week high for Tuesday. NIne won the key demos and the 5-city metro market.
The Block was back over the million mark while My Kitchen Rules was down slightly to just over 900k while Taskmaster was down 50k. ABC 10 and SBS were slightly lower than last Tuesday.
The Hundred did well to lift up over 500k after a big fall last week while The Cheap Seats was even with recent results.
Tipping Point was notable for a 120k win in the afternoon after The Chase while Deal or No Deal made the top 30. Today closed the gap with Sunrise to 60k.

I’m surprised how well MKR is doing this season. The significantly shorter season format now seems to be working so hopefully it stays that way.
Taskmaster isn’t really cutting it on Ten at 7.30pm Tuesday’s. It is definitely more suited to Thursday’s or a later timeslot (8.30pm) IMO. I’m not a huge fan of the show but I’ve watched it occasionally and I find the mix of comedians this season not as funny or exciting as the previous season.
Nine won the five-city market but again some significant differences. Nine News well ahead.

Note that these are broadcast TV numbers. That may sometimes lead to PR releases seeming to differ as to which program won a market if the network is using Total TV numbers that included live BVOD.
A battle between the game shows for Seven and Nine happening in the arvo. And good to see what Neighbours is getting on both 10 and later on 10Peach.
The Late News on Nine and 10 are interesting. As to The Project Encore (aka repeat). Having nothing on Seven (with no The Latest) meant that Made in Bondi suffered.
Regarding 10’s new afternoon line-up there have been a couple of days when 10’s share has gone up but mostly not a lot of change. There does seem, however, to be a slight increase in the audience for Neighbours as seen above so perhaps a better lead in.
I’m finding the afternoon highly watchable these days with those stupid dr Phil’s and judge Judy not airing there anymore. Lingo is highly addictive. Wheel of Fortune is a good quick watch. The news bulletins have improved in quality. There’s decent flow between the different programming.
Having the reality encore in the morning is also much more competitive (depending on the show of course) than anything 10 has had there for a while (yesterday was 92,000)
If I recall the same thing happened when Ten moved their reality encore to 11am after Studio 10 once Wake Up/the Morning News were axed in mid-2014. The encore was competitive with Seven and Nine’s Morning News.
