My Kitchen Rules again ruled the 7.30 timeslot with just under one million viewers as the second episode of The Golden Bachelor averaged 700k after the premiere had 749k on Monday.
On 10, it was the sixth episode of the new-look Talkinâ âBout Your Gen that was up 30k to 332k while ABCâs I Was Actually There featuring The Dismissal was up 20k to 561k. Great British Railway Journeys was on SBS at 7.30 with 150 k.
Later, Sevenâs Murder In A Small Town was up 55k to a season high of 414k. That put it ahead of The Cheap Seats that dropped 100k from the previous week to a season low while Bump was down 30k to just 246k, also a season low.
End Game with Tony Armstrong premiered at 8.30pm on ABC with 372k while Tell Me What You Really Think episode 2 had 130k on SBS.
Even later, David Attenboroughâs Tasmania with 245k was ahead of Ron Iddles: The Good Cop with 163k that just pipped FBI: Most Wanted with 161k.
The 6pm news battle continued to be close with Seven 20k ahead. The 5pm contest between game shows saw another win for Tipping Point, this time by a 140 k margin. Deal or No Deal had 270k for 10 at 7pm after 10 News+ averaged 140k.
Coverage of the PMâs meeting with the US President didnât impact commercial breakfast TV ratings with Sunrise just under 400k ahead of Today on 316 k. However, News Breakfast with 259k had its highest rating since July. âEarlyâ segments of breakfast TV also noted an increase.
The Golden Bachelor was the No. 1 entertainment program with People 25 to 54 and People 16 to 39 across the 5 City Metro. It was also the No.1 entertainment program with People 25-54 in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.576 million, a Total TV National Audience of 700,000 and a BVOD Audience of 183,000.
9News was the No. 1 program on Tuesday night across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People. The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.991 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.273 million (up 10.7% year on year). On 9Now, it secured a BVOD Audience of 177,000 - up an impressive 90.3% year-on-year.
A Current Affair dominated its timeslot across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People. It had a National Total TV Reach of 1.627 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.052 million - up 6.9% on the same night last year. On 9Now, it registered a BVOD Audience of 152,000 - up a huge 81.0% year-on-year.
Tipping Point Australia was the No.1 afternoon game show across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane with Total People. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.364 million and a Total TV National Audience of 713,000 - up 7.1% on the same night last year. On 9Now its BVOD Audience of 99,000 - was up a massive 106.3% year-on-year.
Bump secured a National Total TV Reach of 813,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 246,000. On 9Now it has achieved a BVOD Audience of 48,000.
Today was the breakfast program of choice in Sydney and Brisbane with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 765,000, a Total TV National Audience of 316,000. On 9Now its BVOD audience was 51,000 - up 37.8% year-on-year.
The 9Network was the No.1 network on Tuesday across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54 and 16-39.
