Before deciding on using a “pond” as the background for the Riverina local news there was some thought given to choosing scenes that more accurately depicted outback Australia.

One member of the team didn’t understand the brief though.

Network TEN offices were evacuated today when witnesses reported that “alarms started going off”. Workers were allowed back into the building when it turned out to be just the alarms attached to the incoming ratings data from OzTAM.

The situation is getting really bad for TEN now. They’ve had to make more cut backs, including on power bills, so they’ve had to sell their video wall.
