Clint has been a prominent fixture on Nine’s books for the past 13 or 14 years IIRC, I remember him back in 2010, used to fill-in sport reader even back then for that lady I keep forgetting the name of, did weekends with that blue acrylic generic spotty globe/ 9News backdrop that ran for a number of years.

Christ, Nine are whipping a dead horse with bloody Jayne. Sophie is a million times better at hosting and news reading. Jayne is not strong at all when it comes to on air. Good reporter but as others said corny when hosting or reading the news. Can’t take her seriously.

Dan’s been doing it for more than a year though so he’s not unfamiliar to the audience.
Personally would’ve liked Sophie or Belinda on weather and someone like Lara Vella on news but I still like the lineup.
