The return of Today Extra doing well in the metro ratings yesterday with 143,00 compared to TMS on 147,000.

Today Extra often gets a lift at this time of year when it includes interviews with MAFS contestants and discussion of the show. No exception this year when it was 2,000 ahead of TMS in yesterday’s 5-city metro ratings.

Probably better suited to the lighter nature of the show, I did like the backdrop they used when they were seated at the main desk however.

But Sylvia is great too. Maybe the changes happening. They should let Belinda be the third Co-host. And then do daily topics on the couch and then do regular segments after 9

I don’t like Belinda for some reason, but I agree with this. She’s miles ahead of Sylvia and her chemistry with DC is incredible.

With TMS taking a break yesterday for The Oscars, it seems there was still an appetite for morning TV with Today Extra recording its highest rating of the year of 206,000. (149,000 metro).
