How did he go?
I thought he was excellent, especially considering the unfamiliar environs, studio, crew and autocue. It was a pretty easy morning with most things scripted for him but it went very smoothly. Media watching junkies like us would have noticed him reading the autocue for all his lines, but I don’t think it would have been obvious to the general viewer.
