What’s the obsession with a magpie swooping a postman?
Yesterday Today played a video of a magpie swooping a postie over and over, and today they even did a live cross to the postie.
Is it so newsworthy it needs to be covered 2 days in a row? (No disrespect to the postman who died recently when a magpie caused an accident. That is a different story).
I should take a video of the postie in my street who gets swooped by TWO magpies each day! That would be “breaking news” surely…

Obviously but plenty of people can fill in on Today Extra ,Dickie is the main fill in host and recently they used Brendan Jones to fill in so they are willing to put anyone in the hosting chair.

So are they not running the normal daily cash giveaway in this period? That’s what Sunrise is claiming.
So, it is basically the same amount of money each week (5x $10,000) and just giving away money to fewer Australians? Nothing special about that.
