Strictly speaking, yes. The top image isn’t awkward, though, because the viewer knows they are facing the machine right in front of them. But if you had the same shot in the box, it makes it look like the contestant is facing away from the action.
Lol at Kerri Pottharst not realising she had to the press the buzzer to make the counter drop. Doesn’t look like she watches the show at all.
This has been a fun Episode…worried for Hooker though
Does Thursday nights see repeat episodes?
Seems to be every second week atm. It was a repeat yesterday but new the week before. Probably trying to stretch out the episodes to last until Todd is back from Wimbledon for series 2
And the contestant took the temptation of 3 counters and won $20,000 with just 1 counter.
At least the 1 counter offer of $100,000 was achievable with the jackpot counter right on the edge. He would have won that in hindsight.
Looks like Nine got an interior decorator in to set up the counters tonight. Looks just a bit too neat and tidy!
They set them for the start yes.
I don’t remember them being set up so neatly before though.
It was probably one of the very first shows recorded - I noticed Todd did a lot of rule explaining today too. Not uncommon to bury the early/less exciting eps (in terms of results) at the end of a series
It’s Only Just the 3rd Time During the Jackpot Temptation Segment on Tipping Point Australia with Todd Woodbridge. He Offered Joan 2 Counters for a Shot at Winning $100,000.
But Still a Good Day for Joan Leaving with $6,300 In Cash.
Whereabouts was the Jackpot counter when the $100k offer was made? Was it still on the top shelf?
What’s With All The Capitals?
I Wondered That Too!
He Might Have Got Them On Special!
What’s with all the judgment?
Y’all need to be more accepting of others and how they express themselves, it doesn’t make any difference to the conversation here.
Scroll on, surely you’re both above making fun of people you don’t know on the internet.
I just checked 9Now, the counter was on the bottom shelf and the double ended up just behind it, so a potential $200,000 payout. Other rejected offers were $50,000 and $20,000 plus a Maldives holiday.
It was just a light hearted joke… I wasn’t having a go at him.
Lighten up.
Nah, you both literally mocked someone for the way they write. I’ll lighten up if you grow up.
