They were actually padding out the last few minutes of the bulletin with recapping of the top stories as some of the sports packages didn’t play as planned and that segment ended early.

They also used the channel’s old name style (TV3). Totally weird and unnecessary.

I think the overall suite of channels including Three, Eden and Bravo is still called TV3.
