Alan Carr was emotional when Claudia declared him as the winner after he had revealed he was a Traitor to David Olusoga and Nick Mohammed. David and Nick were shocked but gave Alan a hug.

I honestly hate it when that happens, it forces you to watch it illegally with the Uk music used. They do this all the time with Love Island UK and they wonder why people watch it on Dailymotion.

You don’t need to blur this out. The finale was available over 2 weeks ago to stream on 10.

Exactly. I’ve seen 10 refer to them as familiar faces in posts and that’s it. The word celebrity has not ever been mentioned in the title for this cast.
Too many people are getting worked up over nothing just because the UK had a Celebrity season, when we are in fact taking the American approach with mostly former reality contestants (and not using the word Celebrity in the title).

The first series of The Celebrity Traitors concluded its run with an incredible 15 million faithful viewers and has become the biggest title of 2025 across the UK at 7 days so far this year (including both scripted, unscripted and events). The Celebrity Traitors has seen the biggest on-demand audience of any series across the market at 7 days since records began (incl. both BVOD and SVOD). Episode 6 has seen the highest 28 day figure for the series so far at 15.2m. The series to date at 28 days (episodes 1 to 6) has averaged 14.8 million viewers per episode, with 3.1m 16-34 year olds tuning in.

The BBC can confirm that the launch date for the brand-new series of The Traitors will be New Year’s Day at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
