Aren’t they all different interviews though?
The interview on The Project tonight is the 60minutes one with Anderson Cooper. Which they have access to because of the Paramount ownership of CBS.
Seven has the ITV interview
Most people wont be seeking out the interview but they will watch it if its on TV.
They had no news stories opening package just had the date and went straight to the desk.
Thank goodness for that just went straight to the desk

Sam Taunton as terrible as I expected. I would have spent my money on Tom Cashman, he is intentionally awkward and funny. Sam’s just awkward so far.

The floor is very bright and white now. There’s too much white on screen when we see wide shots of the desk.

The project claims this is their exclusive.
Tonight’s show finished at 7.38pm.
According to the YouTube video posted by MBB above, Anderson Cooper’s interview with Prince Harry went for 27 minutes. Had 10 started playing the interview just after 7pm with a quick introduction by Waleed and Sarah, and with no ad breaks, it would have finished just before 7.30pm and The Bachelor would have started on time.
They almost did what I suggested - start the interview at 7 and run The Project late.

You realize the decision to overrun the show with the interview tonight was strategic right?
They’ll be hoping it will reduce any switch over to the start of the ITV interview on 7 whilst potentially boosting the lead-in for The Bachelors.

I’m surprised they didn’t start it later so it finished at 7.45pm.
They also would have made no money.
