The Project (2015-Sept 2020)

Yes. Rachel and Susie are Sydney based - I’d assume Q+A will be coming from Sydney (if it hasn’t already) for the time being.

I thought they should’ve done this with Hamish- have him contracted full time and contribute across all platforms. It was good to have Hamish back on tonight though, he brought some energy back to the Sunday show.

Watching over the past few weeks, Gorgi is definitely my favourite presenter on the program. I’d be utilising her as much as possible, including filling in for both Carrie and Waleed.

She is great. I don’t know if she can get into Melbourne at the moment considering she is in Ballarat.

Looked like the Sydney set and the other two live in Sydney as does Hamish.

Didn’t she host most of last week when the lockdown was back? And aren’t the media being allowed exemptions as part of their ‘essential’ work?

Tonight’s opener. Looks like they have a massive video wall of some sort in front of where the audience area would usually be. Looks good!

I noticed this too! Looked wonderful. Is it the one that HYBPA use? If not it seems odd to have it there and it not be used ?

I don’t believe so, the screen that HYBPA uses now is a wall of LCD (?) screens so I think it might be The Project’s main screen backdrop that they’re using to show all the contestants.

I think it’s actually some sort of portable screen which they’ve put up in front of the audience section.

I noticed something unusual during a BTS story on the 10 Sport Instagram tonight for the filming of Teams on 10. Usually that show comes from the sports set in one of the other Como studios, but this backdrop looks different because it has some sort of feet on the bottom supporting the screen - kinda looks very temporary.

Here’s a screenshot from the video:

Friday 17 July-

Rachel Corbett will be hosting with Dr Chris Brown, Tommy Little and Jan Fran on tonight’s show.

Very unusual line-up I thought. It was a bit like the grown ups (the A and B teams) have gone away for the weekend and the kids are left in charge :stuck_out_tongue:
