A shame they reused Sam and didn’t keep rotating through the ‘All Stars’. It’d be odd with this DWTS theme if they never did get the most competent/established ( Grant) to guest host.

How was Sam Mac this morning? Any good in the hosting role?
I know he has a cheerful outlook on things going by what ive seen him on Sunrise and DWTS. But was there a “serious” side to him too?
I didn’t watch today. While I don’t particularly like him, I thought he was alright from the few other times he’s hosted. His first go was less green than when PJ Lane was doing it, which I found surprising. The grannies probably like him.
I do think there are better options though.

This is a pretty standard seating arrangement - has been used by TMS since day 1, also used by Today Extra and many other shows of this type.
